I’m not sure if any of you undecided on who to support in the 2016 presidential elections were just waiting to hear what Mike Tyson thinks. But, because you see nothing wrong with taking advice from Mike Tyson that amounts to anything other than how to successfully pick up women to have late-night sex; and also, how to knock a motherfucker out in ten seconds. Thankfully, the former heavyweight boxing champion of the world, and all around American boy next door, Mike Tyson, has spoken.
In what amounts to a cohesive stringing together of punchdrunk thoughts. In an interview with HuffPost Live, Mike Tyson makes a case as to why Donald Trump should be the next president of the United States. And of course, I’m sure Mike Tyson’s unbiased support and endorsement of Donald Trump has nothing to do with the millions of dollars he made in the boxing ring with the help of Donald Trump.
Most intriguing to me was the ease with which Mike Tyson dismissed Donald Trump’s dare I say racist, albeit bigoted views. At one point while watching the interview I had to wonder if Mike Tyson even remembers that he is indeed a Black man.
I mean, he has taken a lot of blows to the head.
But, fortunately, that doubt was erased as Mike Tyson flaunted his racism victimhood street cred by telling HuffPost Live’s Alex Miranda, that he has heard the word “nigger” before. And of course, every racial minority has been privy to that sort of thing. So, what’s the big deal about having a president who harbors such “crude” thoughts?
“Let’s try something new. Let’s run America like a business, where no colors matter. Whoever can do the job, gets the job,” Tyson said. Of course, there’s no word on whether Mike Tyson’s endorsement of Donald Trump is just an attempt at him making a play for a cabinet position in a Trump administration. If so, I’m hoping that it has nothing to do with the Department Of Education. If so, unfortunately, that doesn’t do much to “Make America Great Again” as Dona;d Trump promises.
