Malcolm-Jamal Warner: Ebony Cover Pushes “Broken Black Family” Trope

Actually, it has more than its fan base in a stir as any and everybody black with a social media account has had something to say about it. Yes, many are weighing in with their thoughts and concerns.

Be they good or bad, everyone has something to say.

Not to be left in the cold, former cast member of The Cosby Show, Malcolm Jamal-Warner, shared his disappointment with Ebony’s cover. In a recent interview on Huffington Post Live, Malcolm Jamal-Warner said that the Cosby cover depiction perpetuates the stereotypical racist trope of the “Broken Black family.”
