So, Can We Talk About Herman Cain’s Inexperience, Or, Would That Be Racist?

Remember when back in 2008 when right-wingers all criticized then Senator Barack Obama for not having any experience? Or, more specifically, not having enough experience to be president of the United States? Yeah, remember that? Remember when our current president was just “a community organizer,” without any experience for the job? Or, remember his non-military service was questioned and automatically disqualified him from being commander-in-chief? Remember?

Well isn’t it funny, hypocritical, or maybe even asinine that the very folks on the right aren’t saying any of these things about the GOP’s flavor of the month, Herman Cain? I mean we’re talking about a guy who has never held a politically elected office in his life, who the closest he’s ever come to military service was as a civilian ballistics analyst for the Navy. But somehow, unlike Barack Obama, he’s qualified for the job? I don’t see Liberals mentioning this at all; they seem to pay attention to tearing down silly policy proposals like the 9-9-9 plan. That said, I hope they don’t become as hypocritical as their right-wing adversaries and ask for Cain’s birth certificate. Lord forbid if racist Liberals would pull such a stunt next year should the Herminator become the Republican nominee. Surely calling him  the “Pizza Boy,” isn’t racist, right?
