The majority of these people, including myself, are laughing with him, not at him. I see worse than what Welvin does on primetime t.v.. Once you have interacted with 10 or more “mentally challenged” people on a daily basis for more than a year, you will change your outlook. They want to be included not quarantined!!!!!!!!
